Elizabeth Reed is a passionate special education teacher who brings both professional expertise and heartfelt care to every student she works with. With 13 years of experience teaching special education and 3 years of tutoring experience, Elizabeth is dedicated to helping children grow in confidence, skills, and a love of learning through individualized, supportive instruction.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from Tusculum University and her Master of Science in Special Education from Radford University. Elizabeth specializes in meeting students where they are, using patient, encouraging strategies that honor each child’s unique learning needs and strengths.

Elizabeth lives in Tennessee with her family and, in addition to tutoring, she currently teaches in Virginia, giving her a broad perspective on educational standards and practices. She is married to her husband, Alex, and is the proud mom of two daughters, Natalie and Holly. As both an educator and a parent, Elizabeth understands how important it is for families to feel supported and informed, and she values strong partnerships with parents every step of the way.
